Pricing

All prices on this site are in Australian dollars. Prices include GST where marked. A tax invoice will be issued on successful enrolment or purchase.

Privacy Statement

We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act). Our Privacy Policy discloses how we collect, use, protect and share information collected about individuals.

Privacy Policy

This site uses TLS certificates to protect your privacy and security. It is regularly audited to ensure it complies with the credit card industry PCI standards and best practices. The site may store cookies in your browser and your browsing details may be anonymously stored in order to assist with website analytics.

Processing Activities Covered

This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of Personal Data collected by us when you:

  • Visit our websites, social media pages or other online resources controlled by us.
  • Visit us in person.
  • Call, email or contact us in other ways.
  • Register for or take part in our events, training or other services.

What Information We Collect

We collect information about you when you enter into training services directly with us. This may include personally identifying information such as:

  • Payment information when you or your organisation pay for our services.
  • Contact details including name, phone, email and physical addresses which you may provide to us.
  • Content you enter into our services, such as account and profile registration details and contact details.
  • Content you enter into our website such as wait-list requests, and other forms.
  • Technical and device data collected through your use of our services and website. This includes information about operating system, IP address, browser, device identifiers, URLs and crash data. This data is not linked to your account.
  • Cookies and other tracking. We use tracking technologies in conjunction with advertising and analytics third parties to provide functionality and recognise you across services and devices.

How We Share Information

Your Organisation

If you enrol as part of an organisation we may share payment, invoice and completion data with that organisation.

Our Suppliers

We may share data with our student management system vendor for the purposes of obtaining technical support or improving our services and systems.

Testimonials and Stories

With your explicit consent we might publish testimonials or use your experiences as a reference to promote our services.

Payment Services

We securely share transaction data with the payment gateway provider, our bank and your bank.

Government Agencies

Where we are required to share data with authorised Government agencies, usually but not limited to funded and vocational data.

Third Party Analytics

We may share anonymous website usage data for the purposes of tracking website analytics. These records are not linked to your account directly.

Opt-out

You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by using the unsubscribe link within each email or by contacting us to have your contact information removed from our promotional email list or registration database. Even after you opt out from receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive transactional messages from us regarding our services.

Adult Classes Conditions of Enrolment

• Enrolments are open to anyone that is over 18 years of age.
• Enrolments and payments must be received prior to the commencement of the course to secure your place. Without this information, we cannot guarantee your place in the course.
• Missed classes cannot be made up by joining other courses on a different day or time.
• For new students the completion of the self-assessment test is essential before enrolling in one of the courses. Co.As.It. takes no responsibility for students enrolling in the wrong level.

Adult Classes Refund Policy

If Co.As.It. has to cancel a course for any reason, a student can choose to either receive a full refund or transfer to another course at a similar level, if available. Co.As.It. accepts no liability for any other costs that students may have incurred.
If a student cancels an enrolment within 24 hours of payment, Co.As.It. will issue a refund with no penalty if the enrolment was made at least 5 working days prior to the commencement of the course.
If a student needs to withdraw from a course due to changed personal circumstances, they must inform Co.As.It. in writing at least 5 working days prior to the commencement of the course. Co.As.It. will assess whether a refund can be issued on a case-by-case basis.
Once a course has commenced, no refunds will be issued. Co.As.It. accepts no responsibility for changes to students’ personal circumstances that prevent attendance. Credit notes might be granted only in exceptional circumstances such as a students’ serious and extended illness, and only if accompanied by a doctor’s certificate. The period of absence from class needs to be included in the certificate. Deferrals are valid only for the subsequent term.

2024 Enrol with Friend Promotion:

This offer ends in Term 2, the 29th of June 2024.

  • This offer applies only to students enrolling in Italian Adult Classes at the CBD Location.
  • To participate in the 20% off promotion, both parties need to enrol in one transaction, using the promocode FRIEND20 on OnCourse at check out
  • By participating in the promotion, an enrolee represents that they have their "friends" prior consent to provide their contact information to enrol both parties.
  • Only one promo offer can be used per enrolment.
  • Enrolments are not transferable to other locations.

2024 Term 1 CBD Special: New Year, New Bilingual Me

This offer ends at 5pm on the 29th of January 2024.

  • This offer applies only to beginning students enrolling in Co.As.It. A1.1 CBD classes.
  •  If in Term 1 Co.As.It. has to cancel a CBD A1.1 course due to insufficient enrolments, a student can choose to either receive a full refund or transfer to another A1.1 course available at the CBD at a different time and day.
  •  If in Term 2 Co.As.It. has to cancel a CBD A1.2 course due to insufficient enrolments, a student can choose to either receive a partial refund or transfer to another A1.2 course available at the CBD at a different time and day.
  • If in Term 3 Co.As.It. has to cancel a CBD A1.3 course due to insufficient enrolments a student can choose to either receive a partial refund or transfer to another A1.3 course available at the CBD at a different time and day.
  • If in Term 4 Co.As.It. has to cancel a CBD A2.1 course due to insufficient enrolments, a student can choose to either receive a partial refund or transfer to another A2.1 course available at the CBD at a different time and day.
  • To enhance learning, Co.As.It. recommends students follow the “New Year, New Bilingual Me” annual course pathway as it has been setup. Any requests to deviate from the “New Year, New Bilingual Me” learning pathway will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Every effort will be made to ensure continuity in staffing but due to individual teacher circumstances, there may be changes from one Term to another.

Out of School Hours Conditions of Enrolment

• Children will not be able to attend classes unless they are enrolled, fees are paid and they are in receipt of a confirmation email.
• Children must be at least 5 years of age and enrolled in Kindergarten to be able to enrol in our Out-of-School Hours programs.
• Missed classes cannot be made up by joining other Out-of-School Hours programs on a different day.
• Creative Kids Vouchers: Co.As.It. has been approved as a provider with Services NSW and is now able to accept Creative Kids Vouchers. Should you wish to redeem a Creative Kids voucher, please enter the voucher’s number in the provided box during the online enrolment process. Refunds will be processed upon commencement of the course. Please be advised that vouchers are valid for redemption only during the current calendar year of the activity program.

Out of School Hours Refund Policy

If Co.As.It. has to cancel an Out-of-School Hours course for any reason, parents/guardians can choose to either receive a full refund or transfer to another Out-of-School Hours centre at a different location, when possible. Co.As.It. accepts no liability for any other costs that may have been incurred.
If an Out-of-School Hours course enrolment is cancelled within 24 hours of payment, Co.As.It. will issue a refund with no penalty.
If a parent/guardian needs to withdraw their child/children from an Out-of-School Hours course due to changed personal circumstances, they must inform Co.As.It. in writing at least 5 working days prior to commencement of the course. Co.As.It. will assess whether a refund can be issued on a case-by-case basis.
If an Out-of-School Hours yearly enrolment is cancelled upon commencement of a Term, a refund will not be issued. Co.As.It. will assess whether a credit can be issued for any remaining Terms paid on a case-by-case basis.
For extended absences, credit notes are only granted in exceptional circumstances such as a students’ serious and extended illness, and only if accompanied by a doctor’s certificate. The period of absence from class needs to be included in the certificate. Deferrals are valid only for the subsequent year.

Terms and Conditions

• This competition ends at 5pm on 31 December 2023.
• This competition is open only to students who enrol and pay for the 2024 Co.As.It Out-of-School Hours Italian Language and Culture program by 5pm 31 December 2023.
• Entry into the competition is automatic upon enrolment and payment.
• Each enrolment that takes place during this period will be printed and placed in the draw.
• To enter the draw the child enrolled must be at least 5 years of age and enrolled in Kindergarten in 2024.
• A family that enrols more than one child in the program at the same time will automatically have a separate entry for each enrolled child in the draw.
• The draw will take place at 3.00pm on Monday 15 January 2024 at Co.As.It. offices located at 67 Norton Street, Leichhardt, NSW, 2040.
• The winners will be determined by drawing a name from a box which contains all online enrolments received by the 31 December 2023.
• The winners will be announced and published on Monday 15 January 2024 on the website www.coasit.org.au and on Co.As.It.’s Facebook page.
• The winners will be notified by email and phone on Tuesday 16 January 2024.
• The prizes can be claimed by the winners at the time of the draw or after the draw during business hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) at Co.As.It.’s Head Office.
• If the nominated winners do not claim their prize within 2 weeks of having been sent email notification, Co.As.It. reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant.

Bilingual Playgroup Conditions of Enrolment

• Children will not be able to attend classes unless they are enrolled, fees are paid and they are in receipt of a confirmation email.
• Children must be at least 2 years of age, no older than 5 years old be able to enrol in our Bilingual Playgroup program.
• Missed classes cannot be made up by joining another Bilingual Playgroup program on a different day/location.

Bilingual Playgroup Refund Policy

If Co.As.It. has to cancel our Bilingual Playgroup program for any reason, parents/guardians can choose to either receive a full refund or transfer to another Bilingual Playgroup at a different location, when possible. Co.As.It. accepts no liability for any other costs that may have been incurred.
If a Bilingual Playgroup enrolment is cancelled within 24 hours of payment, Co.As.It. will issue a refund with no penalty.
If a parent/guardian needs to withdraw their child/children from the Bilingual Playgroup due to changed personal circumstances, they must inform Co.As.It. in writing at least 5 working days prior to commencement of the term. Co.As.It. will assess whether a refund can be issued on a case-by-case basis.
If a Bilingual Playgroup enrolment is cancelled upon commencement of a Term, a refund will not be issued.
For extended absences, credit notes are only granted in exceptional circumstances such as a students’ serious and extended illness, and only if accompanied by a doctor’s certificate. The period of absence from the program needs to be included in the certificate. Deferrals are valid only for the subsequent term.

Private Lessons Conditions of Enrolment and Refund Policy

• Enrolment and payment must be received prior to the commencement of the lessons.
• Should students need to reschedule a private lesson, they must provide Co.As.It. with at least 48 hours’ notice. In case they are unable to provide such notice, Co.As.It. will be unable to reschedule the lesson and the lesson will be deducted from the package.
• A lesson package is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase (9 months for the 20 hour lesson package).
• Once a lesson package is purchased, fees cannot be refunded. Co.As.It. accepts no responsibility for changes to students’ personal circumstances that prevent attendance.
