Pricing

All prices on this site are in Australian dollars. Prices include GST where marked. A tax invoice will be issued on successful enrolment or purchase.

Refund Policy

If we have to cancel a class for any reason, you can choose to either receive a full refund or a credit note. We accept no liability for any other costs you might have incurred. If you need to withdraw from a course due to changed personal circumstances, please inform us in writing at least 5 days before class commencement. We will assess whether a credit note can be issued in these circumstances at our discretion. If you cancel an enrolment within 24 hours of payment we will issue a refund to you with no penalty. Once a course has commenced no issuing of either refunds or credit notes is possible.

Privacy Statement

We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act). Our Privacy Policy discloses how we collect, use, protect and share information collected about individuals.

Privacy Policy

This site uses TLS certificates to protect your privacy and security. It is regularly audited to ensure it complies with the credit card industry PCI standards and best practices. The site may store cookies in your browser and your browsing details may be anonymously stored in order to assist with website analytics.

Processing activities covered

This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of Personal Data collected by us when you:

  • Visit our websites, social media pages or other online resources controlled by us.
  • Visit us in person.
  • Call, email or contact us in other ways.
  • Register for or take part in our events, training or other services.

What information we collect

We collect information about you when you enter into training services directly with us. This may include personally identifying information such as:

  • Payment information when you or your organisation pay for our services.
  • Contact details including name, phone, email and physical addresses which you may provide to us.
  • Content you enter into our services, such as account and profile registration details and contact details.
  • Content you enter into our website such as wait-list requests, and other forms.
  • Technical and device data collected through your use of our services and website. This includes information about operating system, IP address, browser, device identifiers, URLs and crash data. This data is not linked to your account.
  • Cookies and other tracking. We use tracking technologies in conjunction with advertising and analytics third parties to provide functionality and recognise you across services and devices.

How we share information

Your organisation

If you enrol as part of an organisation we may share payment, invoice and completion data with that organisation.

Our suppliers

We may share data with our student management system vendor for the purposes of obtaining technical support or improving our services and systems.

Testimonials and stories

With your explicit consent we might publish testimonials or use your experiences as a reference to promote our services.

Payment Services

We securely share transaction data with the payment gateway provider, our bank and your bank.

Government agencies

Where we are required to share data with authorised Government agencies, usually but not limited to funded and vocational data.

Third party analytics

We may share anonymous website usage data for the purposes of tracking website analytics. These records are not linked to your account directly.

Opt out

You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by using the unsubscribe link within each email or by contacting us to have your contact information removed from our promotional email list or registration database. Even after you opt out from receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive transactional messages from us regarding our services.

Adult classes conditions of Enrolment

  • Enrolments are open to anyone that is over 18 years of age.
  • Enrolments and payments must be received prior to the commencement of the course in order to secure your place. Without this information, we cannot guarantee your place in the course.
  • Classes can be cancelled due to insufficient numbers. If a class does not commence, payment will be refunded in full.
  • Missed classes cannot be made up by joining other courses on a different day and time.
  • Once enrolled in a course fees cannot be refunded. Co.As.It. accepts no responsibility for changes to students’ personal circumstances that prevent attendance.
  • Credit notes are only granted in exceptional circumstances such as a students’ serious and extended illness, and only if accompanied by a doctor’s certificate. The period of absence from class needs to be included in the certificate. Deferrals are valid only for the subsequent term.
  • For new students the completion of the self-assessment test is essential before enrolling in one of the courses. Co.As.It. takes no responsibility for students enrolling in the wrong level.

Out of School Hours conditions of Enrolment

  • The annual fee is $499 per child for the Basic package (which includes tuition, workbook and insurance). This works out to be just under $7 per hour. Premium package 1 (Kindergarten to Year 5) Basic plus Premium 1 is $679 Includes three Italian language experiences in Meadowbank during school holidays (1 x 3h workshop in April, 1 x 3h workshop in July & 1 x 3h workshop in October) and access to digital resources. Premium package 2 (Year 6-12) Basic package plus Premium 2 is $1200. Includes Six Italian language development days in Leichhardt during school holidays (2 x 4h workshops in April, 2 x 4h workshops in July & 2 x 4h workshops in October), access to digital resources, additional exam preparatory materials for CILS exam session in December.
  • Children will not be able to attend classes unless they are enrolled, fees are paid and they are in receipt of a confirmation e-mail.
  • Early bird special offer: a further 10% discount is applied when you enrol by 31 December 2022 ($449.10 per child for basic package, $611.10 per child basic package plus Enrichment 1, $1080 per child for Basic package plus Enrichment 2).
  • A sibling discount will apply after the early-bird period ends. Each subsequent child will receive an additional discount of $10.
  • Concessions: parents/guardians on a pension or allowance are eligible for a $10 discount on the full price. This is not in conjunction with any other offer. A photocopy of the concession card must be forwarded with payment and completed enrolment form.
  • Creative Kids Vouchers: Co.As.It. has been approved as a provider with Services NSW and is now able to accept Creative Kids Vouchers. Should you wish to redeem a Creative Kids voucher, please send a copy of the voucher to learning@coasit.org.au Refunds will be processed in Term 2. Please be advised that vouchers are valid for redemption only during the current calendar year of the activity program.

Terms and Conditions

  1. This competition starts on 6 December 2022 and ends at 5pm on 31 December 2022.
  2. This competition is open only to individuals who enrol and pay for the 2022 Co.As.It Out-of-School Hours Italian Language and Culture program by 5pm 31 December 2022.
  3. Entry into the competition is automatic upon enrolment and payment.
  4. Each enrolment that takes place during this period will be printed and placed in the draw.
  5. To enter this draw the child enrolled must be 5 years of age or over and must be enrolled in Kindergarten in 2023.
  6. A family that enrols more than one child in the program at the same time will automatically have a separate entry for each enrolled child in the draw.
  7. The draw will take place at 3.00pm on Tuesday 17 January 2023 at Co.As.It. offices located at 67 Norton Street, Leichhardt, NSW, 2040.
  8. The winners will be determined by drawing a name from a box which contains all online enrolments received by the 31 December 2022.
  9. The winners will be announced and published on Tuesday 17 January 2023 on the website www.coasit.org.au and on Co.As.It.’s Facebook page.
  10. The winners will be notified by email and phone on Tuesday 17 January 2023.
  11. The prizes can be claimed by the winners at the time of the draw or after the draw during business hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday).
  12. If the nominated winners do not claim their prize within 2 weeks of having been sent email notification, Co.As.It. reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant.
