Italian Advanced C1.6

This course is a continuation from C1.5 and is for students who feel relatively at ease expressing themselves in Italian and wish to extend and maintain their competency for business, travel or everyday use. Students will have the opportunity to focus on specific skills, such as extending vocabulary in given areas, improving written language, developing a better understanding of particular cultural and social issues in the target language.

• Understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts, and recognise implicit meaning
• Express yourself fluently and spontaneously
• Use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic and professional purposes
• Produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, showing controlled use of organisational patterns, connectors and cohesive devices
